  Next we needed to put the magnetometer sensor in the correct location so that the measured magnetic field components were truly in the East, South, and Vertical (up) directions. Robert (above) was holding the sensor while David was inside reading the magnetometer data. He then would yell to Robert to turn the sensor so-many degrees. Robert made the turn and David checked the data again. This was done until the magnetometer sensor was in the correct location.
