| The trench for the cables was finally dug! Gerald, Terry, and Robert (from left to right) were happy about that! Behind them is another satellite dish and a small solar observatory (to the right). Down the hill and to the left is the big observatory with a big metal (iron) roof that does create a magnetic signature in the magnetometer data, as we found out later. A bit of this roof can be seen on the left of this image. This photograph was taken facing approximately East. | ||
