Part II
Our ultimate goal is to bring the western science and native science communities together
to explore each others knowledge. Our workshop will set the stage for partnerships
to form, including a diversity of thought and nourishing holistic concepts of learning
and the sharing of knowledge. We will provide a safe and respectful environment for
all voices to be heard.

Hawaiian, or Native Alaskan communities.

? We are framing these questions in this way because they reflect traditional
practices of Native people in the transmission of knowledge. We feel that answering
them will help you and the organizers to clarify and design a learning experience
that will be nourishing intellectually, scientifically and personally.
